The completion date kept changing. It went from Wednesday, to Thursday, to Friday, then, to the next week. I understand hidden damage, but, when putting the car back together, a componet that was working before, now doesn't work is frustrating. I ended up having to pay an extra 3 days insurance on the rental car due to this.

The only issue I had was that the timeline was overly optimistic. The original estimate was one week and it ended up being two and a half weeks. My recommendation would be to provide a range (****-3 weeks) instead of just the best case.

An unused part was left in the back of the vehicle, pieces of tape and adhesive residue remained on the roof, as well as a loose bolt rolled around on the roof of the car as we drove until we figured out what that sound was, and because the decal for the tire compartment on the back of the vehicle was never applied, we have to make another appointment just to have that remedied.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with McCarthy Collision Center, everyone starting with the receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant, and nice to talk to, Brent Mendel handled my estimate in a fast and professional way. I especially liked the text updates on the progress of my repair, and how Brent informed me about my repair when it was going to be more than what was estimated originally. You can be very proud of your employees, because they are treating the customers royally!
