Josh made our experience so easy and comfortable. Our Suburban looks great. I hope I do not need your collision services again anytime soon, but I would use McCarthy again when I do. Also, being able to get an estimate on Saturday was so helpful. Josh was so nice to get my passenger door adjusted so I could use my door until I brought it in for repair. I could not use it at all immediately after my car was hit. That really made me feel good about McCarthy customer service!

I really appreciated the way that Jeff Sanders co-ordinated my repair on the same day as my car service. I also liked that the person who fixed the door ding was there to speak to me about it and I could tell he cared about the result. I'm so happy to have my car look brand new again! Thanks, guys!

Job was done right but my car was clean in and out when I turn it in and they left pretty messy interior (driver mat) and there is a noticeable scratch inside close to the middle vent.
On the other hand, Enterpise service charged me for something that decline while I was singing the rent car papers and at the end they charge me for.
Conclusion, I won't use either service for my future needs.
