We were told the car was ready but when we went to pick it up the damaged wheel and bubcsp were still on there. Had to wait for it to be changed and the service tire light came on on the drive home. Also Troy seemed put out that I wanted to test drive it before paying.

Everyone was great to help me finish this in a timely manner, especially the afternoon of the accident....helping me work out some details ahead of time. THanks also for looking a second time at the left rear quarter panel to verify that I, indeed, had been hit there....as the jeep driver stated he didn't touch me...thanks for that. The only thing I would ask is that your team be careful of adjusting the driver seat unless absolutely necessary. It was placed as low as possible....I have 2 artificial hips and when I first got in it was a shock to those hips to have to go so low and it took some to time to readjust everything from that to tilt to back recliner, etc. I certainly would chose McCarthy again, but would try to remember to ask them not to readjust my drivers side seat. The entire process took an exceedingly long time. (7 weeks from accident) Not for sure if this was due to insurance or your service but no compensation was offered for the delay. Everyone was courteous but in the end, length of time was a huge inconvenience.

We dropped the car off and it didn't get started on for a whole week. We were even getting text messages that it would be ready on the 17th. Then on the 17 th troy called to say he had jut got the paper work. 10 days later!!?? We have always taken out cars there and Aaron always does a great job, this time was not great!

Care was dropped off on a Monday and was to be ready on the following Monday. It wasn't ready until the following Thursday. I understand additional damage was found. One would think that taking it a apart and determining the damage would be the first step. After a phone call, I learned that additional damage had been found, 3 days after dropping the car off. A phone call on the actual status of the repair and reasons for the delay instead of vague emails would have been better.
