Required my car car for an entire week, which seems like I could’ve just dropped it off later and you could’ve just had it for a few days to do the work.
Besides that I had great customer service, friendly and helpful workers, and the job was done well!!

I had my front fender and rear fender repainted due to some sfamage they had to remove all surrounding components and some moldings on something that I thought could be a PDR job. I was a little nervous to get the truck back because it was near new and if the manufacturered integrity would be compromised by repair. After giving it a good ****/2 look I can say I didn’t find anything that stuck out. Overall extremely happy and would for sure go through Karl again for body work. Not to mention they took care of all the insurance and rental car return.

It’s not a huge thing, I would have liked to have been called about my vehicle repairs being delayed another day more than a half hour before hand. I was putting gas in the rental car and had just got in my car to return it (not even two minutes away) when I got the call that my car wouldn’t be completed for another day. It was just an inconvenience is all and I was able to go on about my day. The next day they called me as I was turning in my rental that my vehicle had been completed which was 5 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If she had been calling me to let me know that my car had been delayed again, I would have already turned in the car rental. Just more of a heads up would have been nice. It’s really not that big of a deal. It just means I felt my overall experience could have been better. No additional contact needed.

Other than I was in a wreck, it was all handled great, from the other guy’s insurance company to how quick I could’ve get estimate and into Karl’s!
I had my car fixed and back into my garage in less than 2 weeks after the wreck.
