Nice to see that the inside was detailed when I picked it up. One part of the job was not listed on the estimate and was which made the total higher. Was informed of the increase in price once the vehicle was dropped off for repair.

My headlight was not replaced like I asked which I was paying for. My truck shakes uncontrollably when going over 65 mph (it wasn't even doing this after I got hit) my taillight was not replaced, and someone jammed a lisence plate cover on that was not on when I brought it in because it did not fit. It was in my trunk so I'm not sure why they would even try to put it on. They decided to just jam it in place and scratched up the new bumper you just put on.

I've always used Karl. I have to take the time to tell you that I am SO disappointed and frankly disgusted with my last experience.
My insurance company, USAA, had issues getting information from Karl. They did not receive the estimates nor the supplemental estimates in a timely manor - per USAA.
I had body work done on my car at the collision center. My car was there for 15 days to have a bumper replaced. I picked it up in a hurry and didn't look at the work that was done until the next day. The bumper is not flush and there is paint chipped off on the left side where the new bumper meets the area of the car that was not damaged. I called and spoke to Jason about it. He said to swing by and he would look at it. When I came by Jason was not there so I spoke with someone else. This is when I was informed it's "not Karl's problem because I had obviously had previous work done on my car that wasn't a certified repair." To my knowledge, I've owned my car most of it's life, it has never had body work done on it. This is the first I have ever been told about it. I'm SO frustrated! Why is it that I was not informed of this in the process while Karl was working on my car? Why is it that this was only brought to my attention AFTER I called to let you know that I was not satisfied with the work that was done on my car?
In addition, when I left the parking lot after picking up my car my hood was not latched, my back seat was thrown in so that none of the buckle latches were visible, and part of the carpet on the floor was not put back in correctly.
I'm nearly speechless about my whole experience. I'm disappointed, disgusted, and frustrated. I can't help but feeling that I was I taken advantage of because I own an older car. I have always gone to Karl for repairs and oil changes. I'm not sure if I feel comfortable doing that anymore in lieu of my last experience.
