Made an original appointment and then I was told to come back three days later. Then on pickup day I had to return multiple times to pick up my car because i was told it was ready when it really wasn’t.

Took too long, irregular communication. Probably since the service agent who took the car originally apparently quit the same week and the rest of the team tried to pick up the slack. Also, not a service king thing, but the enterprise rental car was less than optimal (rattled like crazy, blown speaker, reeked of cigarette smoke). However, the poor rental made the increased time waiting for the car pass slowly.

Jonathan Wang was a great Service Technician to work with. He & GM were able to get costs of some repairs reduced that were not included on the insurance claim so I could afford to pay for them myself and have those repairs done.He gave me updates as needed. The car was delivered to Service King on Tuesday and repaired and delivered back to me by Friday afternoon. Amazing turn around time with excellent service. The car looks beautiful and new! Alyssa, your receptionist, was also great to work with. Thank you for a great job!
