Don't bother. It's my fault for going back to service king when I had the horrible experience last time I used service king on southwest freeway. This was another horrible experience and I am so glad it is over. My "service writer" desiree stopped updating me on the status of my vehicle after the first week. She is a rude individual and needs to take a course on customer service. All together this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.

Service King is awesome! They went above and beyond anything I expected. Everyone there is friendly and courteous (Peter and Nicole), the work was done quickly, they painted not only the part of the door that had been vandalized but also they used the extra paint to touch up some other scrapes and scratches, And they even vacuumed my car out when the repairs were finished. I would recommend Service King on Westheimer at Chimney Rock to anyone!!
