I was only Communicated with text messages by my cell phone from service king representative. This was an issue due to the fact that once I realized the text had information that my vehicle was ready many days sooner than given for completion of work done on my Kia Sorento. I was not given a phone call to pick up by vehicle before the promise date of December 26th. Even though I would have been OK with receiving my vehicle of December the 26 the fact that it was ready Friday the 21st would Have allowed me to not have to pay for rental days and return back to work using my vehicle to use For Personal and Commercial uses. Service King and Richard Shell did an excellent job in keeping me posted as to the progress of repairs and the estimated date of completion. Finished ahead if schedule. Car looks like showroom new.
