I was extremely happy about the body work that was done. - When I got into the van, I noticed the carpeting had not been vacuumed so I notified Henry. and he proceeded to remedy the issue - Henry kept me informed of the progress being done on the van - Henry did a great job!

There was slome questkion when I poiscked it up about the amount I woed but when I asked if it was $250.00 and for uninsured mor=torsit I was told yes but when I got there it stil saiad $****,000 and not $250. I would have never brought it in if that was the amount. It appears that you had not been advised by the Insurance company and have to wait until Monday. I am at a loss as to how I called and was told one thing on Friday but different when I got there Saturday. You gave me the car for my paying the $250 but want it straightened out. I am always happy with Service King's service and assistance.
