Work is fine but work started before I got the scope of work and cost estimenr. Did not get a chance to compare to Toyota shop, that is why I did not want to sign work auth before getting estimates. Also this survey text came in at 7:00am in a Saturday morning, the only day I get to sleep in a bit. Surveys should be sent during normal business hours mon thru Friday

I was completely satisfied with Mr. Henry. He made a great difference in the experience. The issue I had a problem with had nothing to do with his great service. My issue came that the communication was very off for picking up my vehicle when it finished. I got emails throughout the day telling me that my car WOULD be ready and that I would receive a call when that was. I ended up calling later that evening to see if maybe I was supposed to pick it up early the next day and was informed that it had been completed and ready at 10 am that day. I could not get to the location by closing time so I had to take the rental alllllll the way to the airport location as it was the only location open to avoid not being charged another day. Very inconvenient

Took my car in for rear left corner panel repair and the AC was working. Picked it up and panel was repaired but my AC wasn’t working. driving on the way home the hood was not completely latched and making a loud noise. So why was my hood opened and my ac not working when the back of the car was the only thing that needed to be repaired??? Not a satisfied customer. Even Henry noticed the ac wasn’t working right when he drove me in my car from the back to the front of the shop.
