Our estimator was Dana Hulse. He was great with the estimate process and kept us updated all through the repair process. I also must say that the technicians who worked on the car did excellent work. And a shout out to the ladies at the front desk who helped me arrange for a car rental as well as get it returned for me. All in all it was a great experience.

I only wish they had called and reminded me that I had a broken windshield so I could have had them fix that while the car was there, too. It wasn’t part of the insurance claim so maybe they couldn’t, but it would have been a convenience to pay for that separately. Other than that, fantastic!

The work on the car looks to be very good! Thanks. The only thing that mystified me was that my odometer reading when I brought the vehicle in was 99,786, and when I picked up the repaired vehicle the odometer was 99,905. I was just curious as to why the car was driven 119 miles while in the repair shop. Sincerely, Chris Simon
