Since the minute I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. It took me maybe 15-20 minutes to get the estimate done which was extremely fast and everyone was super friendly. Also when the car rental company forgot to pick me up you guys offered me to take me which was great because I was already late for work. My car was in the shop for over a month because of parts back orders, but Sportif did an excellent job of keeping me informed every couple of days. She was superprofessional, but also personaable.

Other than the long delay in scheduling the repair (something that can't really be controlled), the team there did a fantastic job with communication, and getting everything finished when they said they would. The work also looked perfect. I would definitely use them again in the future
