My car took four days longer than estimated, which wouldn’t have been so irritating if they called me and told my why. Instead, I had to call every day and everyday they would tell me it was “in paint” and would be ready the next day. It was “in paint” for four days. The actual work seems fine except that though they had to replace my full side mirror, it looks like it was replaced with a used mirror. I was to irritated by the whole process to point it out because I just wanted my car back.

I had to come back twice because my service rep didn’t know there were two areas of damage to my vehicle, and so didn’t look at one of them at all on my first visit. I also found out when it was almost time for the repairs to be finished that my revised estimate hadn’t been uploaded to my insurance company.
Otherwise, the front desk staff were friendly and polite in every interaction, and I appreciated the text updates on my repair.
