While I understand that it takes a while to make repairs on a car, I think the automatic text update system in place should not be utilized if it’s lying to customers. I was receiving messages my car was on track for completion consistently until the day before it was supposed to be ready and was contacted by an actual person to say it would take three more days. Three days later, there was no update from anyone, so I called and was told it wouldn’t be ready for possibly two more days. Ridiculous update system in place.
