Customer service is bad can't even answer simple question, car repair representative can't answer your call on time and hard to get find, late response. I expect a better service to a well known repair shop that my insurance company recommended, but They are wrong for trusting this repair shop with poor customer service.

The body and mechanical work was good. I just think that your staff could be better at communicating what's going on with the vehicle during the process. I don't need step by step details, but I would like to know if the areas of concern were taken care of (abs light). Make sure everything is working great before you tell the customer it will be ready that specific time and date for pick up. I didn't mind waiting if it was going to take longer to fix my car. But it isn't good business practice to say the car is ready when it's really not. Any questions, please contact me. Thank you.
