I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to. I picked up my VW Tiguan after you guys repaired it do to a rear ending. I proceeded to drive home, on the way home a light came on telling me to check my right back up light. The light was not working even though when I dropped the car off it was. I took it back and you guys fixed it. Now I wasn't to mad about that cause i understand that these things happpen. What pissed me off was when I was driving and I herd a rattle at high speeds. You guys forgot to replace 2 bolts on my rear bumper and it could have tore off when I was on the freeway. I had to drive all the way back to you guys (45min) to get it fixed. Like are you serious do you not have a quality assurance guy or something. This was a new car from the dealer 2 weeks ago it should have been returned to me better than when I dropped it off. I drove 3 hours back-and-forth because of your spotty workshop.

The body work was done quickly nd it looks great however they forgot to fix my turn signal handle which was cracked in the accident and due to their inflexible hours and my work schedule it wasn't able to be repaired until a week later and that was only because it went in to have an oil change done at the fuller service center next door
