I would have appreciated it if I was given an option of replacing the right front headlight assembly. It does not match the newly installed one and looks "tacky".Otherwise Rick was great and the work was well done and completed on time.

A little story...I was there over a year ago and the lady at the desk was unsat..person who handled claim and mechanic unprof...didn't want to go back...this visit was 100% satisfying...Rick was AWESOME..young lady at desk was also AWESOME..Work was Excellent..and van SHINED...THANKS FULLER FORD....

It could have been more seamless if the enterprise rent-a-car was updated with approval of the one extra day for our rental car as arranged with your repair shop; our deposit with enterprise is still being held by enterprise because of this lack of communication. I have to call USAA myself to clear the issue that neither the Enterprise or your department has done...the repair is great and well-done however and we appreciate that--R. Cummings ****-****-xxxx

We were referred to you through our insurance company after being rear ended. Once our car was dropped off with your auto shop there was no communication at all. We had no clue what was going on with our car and what was being done to it at all. I had to call numerous times and hope for a call back to figure out when my car would be ready. I was told it would be done 4 different days and after hearing back from nobody 2 days after it was supposed to be ready, I showed up in person and still had to wait that evening to have it finished. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

I was notified the car was ready, but it w as s not. My service writer (Ric) did offer to deliver it to me after the correct repairs were made, but i said i could pick it up. Ric said it would be ready and he would have it washed for me. Itcwas dirty when . I picked it up. Repairs seem to be fine. Customer service needs some tweeking.
