The process between Geico and Safe Lite could be improved. I was expecting Geico to coordinate with Safe Lite Glass to do the repairs on my car’s windshield. But I had to call Safe Lite and scheduled the appointment. I had to be there waiting for the technician (between 2-4pm). When he got there my car was in the sun and the repair could not be done until we cooled the car down to 79 degrees by running the AC and shading the car.

My back door tint was torn while at the repair shop . There are spots of paint residue on the front of my cars paint you can clear see where the wind below the paint that was been put on . Unnecessary Things that if people were more careful wouldn’t have happened. Very unsatisfied
