My only complaint was that on two occasions when I was supposed to pick my car up in the afternoon I was not told that it would not be ready until the following day. I called to make sure it was ready and found out it was not. Other than that the experience was perfect. You people are the best. Anytime I have a problem bringing my car to you. You were suppose to touch up a keyed place on the passenger side door. That wasn't done. In addition the text system failed you on the day I was suppose to pick up my car & if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known that there was a problem that made it necessary for me to wait another day. Having said that, the repair looks very good and I really appreciate you cleaning up my car, particularly the inside. You are not perfect but you are very good.
