Everything was excellent except the rental car pick up. Perhaps next time stagger appointments so that no one has to wait. I witnessed a customer leave in a huff because she was tired of waiting. I'm sure all employees are well aware of how much of an inconvenience auto repair is to a not-at-fault customer. If I'm not at fault and covered by the other drivers insurance and I have a scheduled drop off, I shouldn't have to wait an hour for a rental car. Please do not call and thanks for the wonderful paint/repair.
