I never had any contact with the shop the wasnt innitiated by me even after they made desicions that more than doubled the amount of time i was without my car. This significantly increased the amount i had to pay out for transportation without means to talk to ny insurance about it, as they didnt bother to tell me aboutnit until a saturday. The work was done well and everything was well finished; but the timeline and custoner servicw were absolutely appalling.
