The Hendrick team did a great job with my car, I am very happy with the repairs...good as new! The process was also very easy, everyone was so friendly, I really appreciated the daily updates by email, and your location is convenient. Thank you! (I will say that if you search Hendrick Collision Highway 55 on Google Maps, it shows the location is on Fayetteville Street near Southpoint Mall, not Highway 55. I found you, though, once I put in your actual street address :) )

I was very satisfied with the repair experience itself. I was not satisfied with the rental car service. Filling out the paperwork took longer than normal because I didn't have the proper documentation to use a debit card. If I had been informed of the need for extra documentation before the appointment it would have run more smoothly. Additionally, the rental car was given to me with only a quarter tank of gas and I was expected to return it with a quarter tank. This created stress because I had to add gas in small increments in order to reach a quarter tank without paying for gas that I didn't use. The car should be given to the customer with a full tank of gas and then it can easily be returned with a full tank with no extra hassle to the customer.
