The inside of my car had some obvious stains when I picked it up - I wish a supervisor would check for those kinds of issues and resolve them before passing the car off to the customer.

Work was done well but I felt like there was always another excuse for a reason why my car wasn't done in a timely manor. 3 days turned into 10. I understands problems arise and things happen, I just wish i could have been more of a priority since I had minor damage and I had been waiting for so long. Overall, I'm pleased with most of the customer service (nice people) and the quality of the work.

Hi Chris--the repairs look fine, but somebody, or somehow appears to have left a window or a door open at some point. The floorboard on the passenger side front door was/is completely soaked with water when I got home. I am not sure how this happened. Please touch base when you have a chance.
