The representative Rod that assisted me was very helpful and informative. Although it took forever for my car to get repaired it wasn’t due to the lack of attention from the repair shop. It was due to getting the parts. That was taking forever. However Rod came up with a resolution and I was able to get my car before the part came it. I was very appreciative of that from him. Great service!

If there can be an upside to having body repair work done on my car, it would be the great experience I had at Hendrick Collision Center South. From my first conversation with Anne to all of the follow up calls with Jason, I was so impressed with the high level of customer service I received - such a refreshing change from many places these days! I’m usually pretty particular. I didn’t even look at the car when I picked it up. Not my usual modus operandi. I chalk it up to my explicit faith in the quality of service I’ve received from Hendrick. Bought the car there. Service it there. Body work there. You guys get it done. I do have some minor issues to address on my upcoming service. Hoping I don’t get the “your extended warranty doesn’t cover that” crap. We’ll see. I’ve been very satisfied to this point though.
