Excellent communication from start to finish. Jeannette was on top of it! Her efforts made us feel well taken care of. Since we live 3 hours from Richmond, we relaxed and let Hendricks handle it. Our daughter picked up the car Friday and drove it home. It looked better than it had the last time we saw it. Great job on the detailing!

Car was returned to me with a screw in the tire and an air leak that was not there when it was dropped off. Bumper was repaired, but backup sensor registers something behind it at all times so it is useless. A simple quality test would have shown them that they did not install it correctly. I was rear ended on the highway and who knows what the shock to the vehicle could have done. I now have a tire pressure sensor that randomly turns on and off as well as a door ajar light that never turns off. Hendrick Collision had a blank check from the insurance company and didn't even identify and fix all of the issues with my vehicle. I addressed these concerns with one of the mechanics. He patched the tire, but shrugged off the two sensor malfunctions. This all makes me very weary of the quality of work that they did complete.

Everyone at Hendrick, and Rodney Davenport in particular, was fantastic! I received regular updates on my repairs both via email and phone calls from Rodney. My car was finished 3 days earlier than promised and had been detailed! It looked better than when we bought it new! The staff in the office were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Hendrick also has a relationship with Enterprise, our rental company, and service between the two was seamless. Rodney and the rest of the staff at Hendrick Collision are top notch!
