My only issue is that of spelling! Could be the reader of this note could help. My question is should the word "outstanding" be capitalized or not when used! The reader will make the proper choice my comment will read The entire process was OUTSTANDING in all respects, from the beginning to the notifications and final delivery. Thanks for a job WELL DONE! The repairs, once finally begun, took longer than I was initially led to believe. The text communication was excellent though, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Work with the insurance company was also very good. The three week repair after the initial appraisal two weeks earlier seemed excessive.
