Aesthetically, the truck looked beautiful! I was more than impressed with the repair. However, two days after picking up the truck, the A/C stopped working, the check engine light came on, and the truck started overheating. We had it towed to your service center last Friday (8 days ago) and I haven’t heard a peep from our advisor, ****. I’ve called him twice and he’s given no update. This issue COULD be a coincidence but I highly doubt it.

At this point, there isn’t a way to satisfy us so no need to call. This entire process was long and drawn out. We had to keep reaching out for updates and fighting to get someone to pay for our extended rental. I called to speak with a manager and never received calls back until we called the customer care line to file a complaint. It was a huge inconvenience
