It takes quite some time for staff to acknowledge you when you walk in to the burien office. Staff can work on being better at communicating with you what is going(in the office). I did like the fact that Chris kept open communication with me about my repairs with text messages and phone calls(voice messages). Thanks again for the repair!

Christian was great, kept me updated the entire time. Also the part that was sent over by the dealership was damaged three separate times. Each time the part came in, if it wasn't perfect he sent it back and requested a new one. Very professional and diligent. I would rate the interaction with Christian a high 10 and then some.

Constant communication and updates on car repairs from the first hour to the last day regarding damage that was repaired.
Only one note. The front tire on the drivers side, the tire sensor was out and I asked the service agent and Geico argent to let me know the price of repair and I will pay to get it fixed. It was on the same tire as the damage. I also left a message about it as well. I assumed it was completed since I did not here back and the fact that I had great communication throughout. I feel that is the only thing left outstanding and not communicated until I picked up my car on 5/9/17 at 5:55 on.
