The whole process of dealing with Service King was fantastic. From the estimate for repair of my car that was rear ended to picking my car up, I was informed every step of the way. I absolutely loved the text updates. The cost did go up from the estimate which would have been a bigger concern if this repair was on my insurance or out of pocket but I'd definitely use Service King again should the need arise.

Only issue I have is the molding on the back isn't 100%, the communication after the first week as my phone was off til Friday was clear, I was told I would get the car on the 11th and I didn't get it back til today , making me keep the rental for another week and filling up that for another week cost me $200, I was even charged again today by enterprise and the rep , Brandon for service king told me I would get my money back but in person nothing was spoken, I appreciate the work being done on my car but due to that happening and costing me $200 that I don't have is a major issue for me. Also there's a couple of minor issues with my car being put back that I can fix on my own but mainly that communication barrier and the inconsistent ETA of when the car was going to be ready and me being out of $200 now is something I can't forgive , single father of two boys that I have full time , with school around the corner I have to wait and wait to get school supplies and clothes .

They did a great job repainting/repairing the front bumper of my car except that they missed the crack in my headlight. I need to go back tomorrow to get it fixed. ???? Great customer service though!
