I've never had to take in my car for body damage before so I was not sure how long the process would take, I thought for sure no less than a week but my car was done in pretty much a day. It was a lot faster than I expected and the work done was better than good, it was truly amazing. I was very impressed. Karina was great throughout the whole process as well

They put the top down on my car and could not get back up, they did not let me know, so I could have told them to get the part and fix the car while they had it, while making the other repairs, the car had buffing compound splatter all over the car, they didn't clean it off, the window were filthy with tape residue and yellow marker on the passenger side window, so now I have a dirty car and I have to drive it with the top down, what a great service. Very unhappy
