The staff did a good job communicating. At pickup, I was a little bit particular about a very small gap between the wheel well and body and the tech just closed it up without any problem. The car looks good and was finished earlier than expected.

The car is not in the same condition it was in when I brought it in. The dashboard was out of place. The blinkers are way off. Blinking faster on one side and the car had things moved in it that was neccessary to be moved. My items were on my seat with my code card for my radio place in a bag of cough drops. I had that card placed in my book in the glove compartment. I'm not satisfied with the end results

Easy experience working with Karina. She kept me up to date on the progress of my truck and handled all the details. The repairs were actually completed 2 days earlier than quoted. That being said, I was very skeptical of the quality of work because I have done body work in my younger years. The bed of my truck, after being rear ended, needed some considerable straightening. Large flat sides of truck beds are tough to get back to right, even more so when you throw in molded body lines that have to be matched up. Having a formerly trained eye and knowing where to look, I can make out that there is some body work under the exceptionally matched paint color and texture, but the body work is exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. It’s virtually unnoticeable to the untrained eye. If I saw this vehicle in a parking lot and didnt know the history, I wouldn’t ever believe that it had body work. Your body shop did a great job and if I ever need it again I will absolutely be a repeat customer. I will recommend your shop to others.

I was told I will me kept in the loop as the estimate comes and you guys failed to do that. Unless I called you guys, you didn’t bother to tell me what the estimate was. And the first job was sloppy and then I pointed out a all the sloppy jobs of the hood, fender and bumper. You kept the car for another day to fix all the things that I pointed out!
