As a USAA member I'm always concerned with the the quality of customer service; I have to admit that Art's Auto Body and the employees always exceed my expectations in regard to service and the quality of work performed!

Car looks good. Took a little longer than I thought. Maybe some expanded hours or open some on Saturday. As a nurse, I work 24/7 hours, other business's in my mind have to compete with a very large medical community of customers. Even banks have Saturday hours now.
