I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work done on my car. The people at Cole's were very courteous, professional and easy to work with. Elaini provided all the information I needed and kept me up to date on the repair. Randy and Rob fully explained what needed to be done to complete the repair. The repair from the accident went fine. I was disappointed, however, that I asked about a separate estimate for some scratches on the other side of the car. I mentioned it twice over the phone and twice in writing with no response. At my last contact I was told someone would call me back but they never did. I no longer want the work done, but that is a lost opportunity for a sale. But the repairs you did look beautiful. Thank you
