Unlike other facilities that have serviced my car Coles kept me in the loop every step of the way. They also surprised me by getting the job done 3 days sooner than I expected and even detailed it for me free of charge. Even shined up my tires! That is truly underpromise and overdeliver. I will never use anyone else for my collision repairs but Coles.
