Thought the service exceptional. It's always stressful after an accident, but in this case, I felt everyone at Cole's truly cared about my car and giving me as "less a stressful experience" as possible.
The best part is they fixed it in the time they said they would and the car looks brand new.
I would highly recommend Cole's Collission in Ballston Spa to anyone I know that has the unfortunate experience of a car accident....whether a "dense bende" or serious damage.

My KIA sportage recently got into a terrible car accident and it's estimated damage was over 11,000 and because it was a lease I had to get it fixed. Coles collision was recommended to me. The hard work and customer service was satisfactory. The car came back better than ever, and I was very pleased. Coles kept me well informed during the whole process on how my car was doing. I preferred the text updates over constant phone calls, so it was a nice plus. The only thing I had trouble with was the morning phone calls that I received. They were not necessary since I received the text updates. Also the lady who would give me the updates on my car claimed that I could not get my oil changed or my tires rotated. I thought it was odd since my car was already being rapaired. Other than that, I would recommend coles to a friend in the future.
