This is the second time I've had to avail myself of your services in the past year. In both instances the quality of your work, and customer service, has exceeded my expectations. The paint work in particular, was spectacular. The shop leadership team also deserves mention as they are without a doubt the embodiment of what true customer service is all about.

I was initially told that repairs would take approximately two weeks, FIVE weeks later I received my car. Felt like every time that I called I was told something totally different then what was communicated in the previous conversation. Got to the point that I felt like I was blatenly being lied to about the status of my vehicle. I understand that things don't always go according to plan, but I would have preferred honesty rather then just being told what you thought I'd want to hear. Very unhappy with the whole experience. Truly disappointing as I have had good experiences in the past. Will most likely not be retiring as a customer in the future.

You all did such an amazing job! I had a bad experience at another Cole's location in the past so I was very uneasy bringing the car to another Cole's Collision. Your team changed my mind and I will bring any of my cars to your location in the future. My fusion looks brand new and is beautiful.
