She set up the repair process and kept me informed on the process. manager randy arranged repairs to the Volvo consistent with our schedule. His commitment to the mission at coles was evident from start to finish.

I honestly couldn't be happier with how friendly and professional everyone was. The entire process was explained to us when we dropped my car off and all questions were answered in ways I could understand. I called once to check on my car and the person I spoke with knew who I was and what car was mine with only my name. I had chemistry finals so wanted to make sure if my car was gonna be ready I could just quick pick it up and get to school. He wished me luck on finals and gave me an update on where my car was in the process. I was told I may not have my car back until after Christmas and was very happy when they called the week before to let me know it was ready! When picking my car up they explained the work they did to it and they even washed and waxed it! And vacuumed the whole thing! My car looked brand new!!! I couldn't be happier with the whole process :)
