The reason I continue to go to Cooks Collision is because I get great customer service from Jimmy. I've recently been working with Walt and Susie and they're just as good but Jimmy always comes out when he sees me and asked if I need any assistance. He's always very tentative to my need.
I've never met the body workers that work on my cars but every time I bring my car in and have any work done ...the work is excellent.
