Although the car was repaired to my satisfaction the early on contact with Cooks was far from satisfactory. My car sat at your company for one week before work began. When I dropped the car off, I was told that all parts were at your facility, expect the repairs that might be hidden, that in fact was a lie. One week after drop off I was told that work had not started and that parts were just ordered. He also told me that Coos was waiting for authorization from my insurance company, when in fact, it had not even been requested.

While my car was being repaired for a rear end collision, the front seat of my Honda CRV was damaged with what appears to be black silicone or some similar substance. Walter Hettitch assisted me and arranged for a detail service to try to remove the substance from my driver seat. That was unsuccessful. On May 10th he offered to replace the car seat, and indicated it was on order and should not take long. The car was less than one year old at the time of the damage and he did not think it would be any trouble for the leather seat color to match. However I have not heard back from him. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of response for over a month from the last communication I had with Walter. I want my driver side seat returned to it's original condition. Ken Grigg has been very helpful and I'm grateful to be able to work with him. As far as the quality is concerned, I just got my car back this evening and would like to drive it for a while before I can tell if if everything is good. The only complaint I have is the inside and some outside areas of my car are dirty when I picked up my car. As my interior is light color so the dirty spots show even more. There are many black spots here and there. I expected them to be cleaned as its original condition when I took my car there for the fix. However, Ken would like to make me happy and completely satisfied with the service there, he advised me to bring the car back after 30 days and he will have it detailed wash for me. I am looking forward to that so see my car nice and clean. Thanks Ken for providing an excellent service!
