Using the geico express solution for my repairs was a breeze.
Koch 33 and the gieco rep worked together seemlessly and made my expierence very smooth!
They made sure I was comfortable in the rental they provided and worked to have my car back to me as quickly as possible.

The driver side window does not function. After the impact of accident I noticed that the drivers side front and passenger side rear windows didn’t operate. The passenger rear now works but front driver side doesn’t. When I asked the guy at Koch, he said he didn’t think it was related to the accident. When I spoke to the gieko rep we spoke about the windows so I am not sure why this happened. The most upsetting thing is that he said the part is only about 150$, and now I have to go thru the wait for “part” and “drop off car” again. Very frustrating.
