The experience I had with Koch was great from starr to finish. Professional, great updates and communication throughout. The combined work with my insurance carrier, Geico, was pleasant as well. One stop car rental, estimate and meeting with the adjuster made this inconvenience of a collision with a deer a postive experience.

I was confused when I called in regards to my survey especially since I had not picked up my car. Then I called Koch and Jim informed me that that the computer said that no survey went out. So I filled it out to show you IT DID!
Overall, the experience seemed too LONG 2 weeks for a fender in the height of deer season.
