My car was not fixed the first time, and it had to go back in. There were also some fit and finish items that were missed.

It took 19 days from the time my car arrived at your shop to find out whether or not my vehicle was totaled. I was mislead on at least 2 to 3 occasions as to when I'd get an answer. Hospitality was great. Speed of service and accurate quote times were horrendous.

They only cleaned the front of my back seats and there was dust all in the back. The windshields are really streaked. I thank Kris for all she did.

Our experience with **** Hannah Collision Center was exceptional. We were impressed with the quality of the repair and the professional, yet personal way every interaction was made. The greeter gal, Alyssa, really made an impression. She is so welcoming and friendly and helps people feel at ease. The adjuster we had, Alex, was so accommodating and took care of the whole repair process, updating us regularly with texts and phone calls. We met Rick Stoker whose oversight and communication was also exceptional. He even helped us connect with Enterprise so we could rent a car. This collision center definitely believes in NICE.
