I felt it was not consistent communication throughout the process and missed follow-ups that were communicated to happen at times, but did not fall through. It took lots of initiative on my side.
Lastly, I was told my car was done, but when I arrived the next day to pick up, it was mentioned that my car still needed to be clean, etc. This was very inconvenient and shows misalignment with internal teams as it should have not been communicated to me that car was ready. I reserved time to pick up vehicle with my schedule and took a Lyft. Only to wait for a ride for an hour and half back due to severe traffic so that I could leave the body shop where I had hopes to leave myself…but my car wasn’t ready. I felt that this could have been prevented and I should have not been called unless vehicle was absolutely ready.

The repair was well done and the car is now as good as new. The only problem I had was the long DELAY in getting the car repaired. I am uncertain about the source of the delays, I understand its because Tesla is slow to deliver parts, but a 2 month repair time still seems unreasonable to me.
