My overall experience with **** hannah collision center was great. Great work by the technicians in less time then expected. Gabrielle, my claim adjuster was a pleasure to deal with and always kept me in the loop and always had a great attitude. I would give 5/5 rating expect for my new windshield fluid reservoir was not filled and one small line above my tale light did not get finish paint but I’m willing to live with that. My truck drives and looks better then ever, thank you!

This is my third visit this year due to parking lot incidents that have been not my fault but have been very stressful and add lots of extra work for the customer due to COVID and all workers being remote.
Duck Hannah Body Shop in Vancouver WA has done a terrific job on my car the last 3 times I’ve had to take it in for 3 separate incidents. The front desk area is very kind and friendly. Everything from start to finish was communicated through text and emails. I never felt any stress from this part of the experience... the car looks beautiful ???? and I always feel good at the end of the repair...Everyone there makes you feel valued and like you are family there!!! Repairs are perfect ????????
