I was a little surprised that when I came to pick up my car that the gal who checked me out did not offer to go over any of the paper work explaining what was done during the repairs. Overall the work that was done on my car looks very good. Thank you.

This was my daughters first new car so she was understandably upset that it was damaged. When the repairs were completed and we picked up the car much to our dissapointment the interior reeked with cigarett smoke. Two days later the windows have been left down in an attempt to rid the smell.

Being able to drop off and pick up in Portland was great. Also liked the message updates.

My repair was mostly fine. I'm a bit annoyed that during the inspection they did not catch the fact that something had gone flying during impact and wedged into the cup holder in the back seat. While they did fix it when I pointed it out, I'm noticing there is some slight warping due to the time it was stuck like that. I would expect that the entire car would be given a thourough inspection after such an accident. My check engine light was also on. While it was, later determined not to be caused by the acvident, the technician had noted it on check in but did no further investigation at that time. Instead I had to wait for a scan to be run. A lot of time would have been saved if they had just scanned it in the beginning and noted the code then. I appreciate that they took care of my concerns upon pick up but do think they shouldn't have been issues to start with. As a side note, I felt the receptionist was very rude when I came back with my concerns. When I walked up to the counter she said, "Oh God you're back. What's wrong now." I was very upset by this as I had made the arrangements with the technician to return for the code scan. In my experience all customers, even those anticipated to complain should be greeted warmly and politely.
