It took over three weeks to do a simple repair on my truck. I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone and most of the time nobody would return my calls. They didn’t communicate with very well with the insurance representative which contributed to why it took so long for the repair. The repair itself was satisfactory.

John Sinclair was our Estimator. After checking the collision damage to our vehicle, he explained the insurance process and what to expect moving forward. He communicated regularly via email (my choice) up to and including the morning that our vehicle was available to be picked up. Upon arrival, all of the paperwork was ready and John walked me outside to inspect the finished product. The vehicle, of course, looked brand new.
Everyone in the office were friendly and professional and I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Hannah Collision Center should the need arise.

Rich Girouard and several others battled my insurance company (Safeco) for 4.5 months and did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle.
