My estimator Enrique Estrada is great. He cares about his customer, and he's patient. For the past two weeks, I received phone calls from him and he kept me posted with the status.

I was in a rush to get to a brunch, they had me out of there in a jiffy! Thanks Longo! They heard my concerns and helped me get everything my car needed to run like new again!!

I have total confidence in one and only one collision center that I take my business to. That collision center is Longo collision center. I pass hundreds of competitive body shops to go directly to LONGO. I have had all my body work on my Highlander and my Tacoma done at LONGO for the past 8 years. The reason I have so much confidence and trust in LONGOS body shop is because if one main individual. That individual is Mr. Robert De La Cruz. He is extremely professional a man of integrity and a person that I can definitely trust with my vehicles. He follows through with me frequently to keep me posted on the progress of any repairs. It is because of him that I bring all my business to LONGO. Not only myself but I have referred many of my friends and family members to Longo as well. he has introduced me to a gentleman by the name of Enrique Who is working for Mr. De La Cruz and he is well is being groomed by Mr. De La Cruz fine traits.
