2. The shop is so clean and the wait room is very nice.
3. Some people seem eager to help, while others seemed like they did not want to be there. When I went to picked up the car, the person who handed the car over to me did not go over the repair.

To say I was completely satisfied would be dishonest.
Perhaps out of control of the workers but it would have been
nice to get a consistent message of when the
vehicle would be available for pick up.
The texts did not correspond with the calls or
what happen. It was confusing. Perhaps the holiday
cheer affected service. I have always had good service previously.
