The internal truck latch is broken. Funny thing is, it was not broken when I dropped my car off for service. We called Friday when we noticed it broken and as far as I know, we have not heard anything back. It would have been nice if someone from Longo would have told us that you all broke the latch v. leaving it for us to find. Now, we have to use the key to open the trunk. I look forward to speaking with you to see when this will get corrected.

It took longer than I thought it should have to take and at the very end I didn't get information promptly enough. If I hadn't called I would have not had the car over the weekend.
