The Blended paint section of my vehicle shows waviness not smooth as the painted sections (did not notice until I really had time to checked out the paint job a few days after picking it up). Also, I noticed the day of pick up after driving off from Longo, that there are two pen marks (one black and one blue) on the same area inside the vehicle that were not there when I dropped it off. Perhaps being more careful when handling vehicles that are dropped off would be helpful toward increase in customer satisfaction.

I was surprised at how long the repairs were going to take, but they stayed true to their time line. And I received a call or a text every couple of days to let me know the status which I appreciated. Roxanne at the cashier was extremely friendly!
